Cabin crew are the heart of every flight
Safety first. Cabin crew are trained safety professionals: evacuations, first aid, fire fighting and security. Serving drinks comes second.
The face of the airline. For most passengers, crew are the only people from the airline they really meet. You shape how they feel about the brand.
Part of a huge team. Pilots, ground staff, engineers, dispatchers and air traffic control all work together, and you’re the link between them and the passengers.
A door to the industry. Many go on to become senior crew, trainers, recruiters, or move into operations, ground roles or management.

Over my 8 years in the sky, I’ve worked as an Onboard Coach for Etihad Airways and a Purser Line-Checker for Ryanair. Between January 2023 and July 2024 I served as Airport OPS team specialist, however from August 2024 I was chosen to work as an Airport Safety Manager accepted by the Polish CAA. During my time as an Airport Safety Manager I have received a written commendation from Polish CAA's inspector during an audit for the high quality of occurrence report.
Holding an MSc in Aviation Safety Management Systems and a BA in English with Pedagogy, I don't just teach you how to pass an assessment—I use proven educational design to train you with the exact mindset, language, and professional presence airlines actively hire for.
